When choosing to pay by direct debit, credit card or PayPal you will receive the merchandize (provided it is available) within 2-4 working days. Please contact us, by email or telephone, prior to placing bulk orders, as the delivery time may increase with the quantities.

Deliveries/orders via our online shop are only possible at delivery addresses in
Deutschland
Österreich
Schweiz
possible.
Unfortunately, as of 01.01.2021, we no longer ship to end customers in other EU countries.
The reason for this is a change in EU tax law whereby the seller must pay the VAT directly in the country of destination.
As this is an enormous administrative effort for small and medium-sized businesses, we felt compelled to take this step for the time being.
Shipping costs

Goods ready for dispatch immediately have a delivery period of 1-3 days.
DPD ships exclusively from Monday – Friday. DPD does not deliver on Saturdays, even when express delivery is used.
With prepayment is dispatched with entrance of the payment.
If you are not at home on the day of delivery, a parking permit must be issued, which must be legibly attached to the house.
DPD shipping abroad
For deliveries to Austria we do not charge shipping costs from 99 EUR order value. Under 99 EUR order value 8,- EUR per 30 kg shipping weight will be charged.
For deliveries to Switzerland we charge 16,90 EUR per order, plus 11,- EUR per 30 kg shipping weight.
